In 2009 PBS once again approached FG to create a set of on-air spots with a corresponding online game that would encourage kids at explore movement through dance. FG worked closely with the educators at PBS to ensure the activities in each episode illustrated an associated educational curriculum. The result was Dash’s Dance Party, 15 sixty-second animated TV spots the encouraged kids to get off the couch and try out new dance moves. The ensuing online game allowed kids to play special mini-games and make dances with their favorite characters, which they could then share with their friends. Though the use of creative animation and innovative game design, FG was able to create a highly viral site that successfully delivered on the educational curriculum goals set out by PBS.
