Funny Garbage: 10 Years of Making the Web Worth Watching

Home game colossus Cranium enlisted Funny Garbage to produce the DVD version of Hullabaloo, the Toy Industry Association's 2003 and 2006 Game of the Year. With such an already wildly-successful and popular title on their hands, Cranium sought to increase the level of interaction and movement children experienced during gameplay, while also enhancing the educational aspects of the game for the DVD release.

Featuring footage from the National Geographic Society, players are plucked from their living rooms and dropped right into the middle of a wild animal safari. Funny Garbage-produced animation, motion graphics and sound design lead children along a lively adventure, introducing interesting facts about the animal world and reinforcing color and shape recognition as children jump, dance and act out. Entertainment, education and exercise: now THAT's a full-body workout!

Thanks in large part to FG's efforts in all aspects of production, The Hullabaloo DVD Game has been honored with the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum- and Gold-Level best Toy Awards and has earned the National Parenting Seal of Approval.
