Funny Garbage created a 25-minute motion graphics “Sizzle Reel” for the Warner/Elektra/Atlantic (WEA) 4th quarter sales meeting.
The “Sizzle Reel” was shown at various sales meetings throughout the country to the buyers of new music from Tower, Wal-Mart, Target, and others.
The “Sizzle Reel” started with an opening montage to grab viewer attention and provide a fast-paced, highly stylized introduction into the content offering. FG used video, stills, music and lots of editing in the Media 100 to create great branding as well as an eye-catching animation for the client.
Within the core piece of the “Sizzle Reel,” FG created innovative template designs to work with a wide variety of media including video, album art and photos.
A major challenge was to incorporate a vast amount of content within a ½ hour; the audio and visual design was created in order to adapt and change over the course of the viewing experience to maintain viewer attention.
